Welcome to September!
One high-point of the Month is the inauguration of the EXMAN Committees at Radisson Hotel GRA ikeja on the 2nd of September 2021, the event kicked off as planned though the rain had other plans but our drive was more resilient. The breakfast meeting kicked off at about 9 am with opening remark from the President Mr Tunji Adeyinka who set the foundation of the working committees on ELEVATED
(Empathy, Lift, Entrenchment, Visibility, Attraction, Transformation, Enrichment and Diversity)
The committee members consist of a cocktail of new EXMAN members and existing members to further promote inclusion and diversity. The committees are
Advocacy and Standards Committee ( Chairman Mr. Julius Agenmonmen Members: Dr. Tunde Amanerimi, Mr. Kenny Debayo-Sanusi) . Mr. Kayode Olagesin will serve as Advisory Member
Events, Entertainment and Socials Committee (Chairman: Mr. Patrick Imo-Ita , Members: Mr. Bolu Apata, Mr. Olayiwola Jegede)
Welfare and Value Committee (Chairman: Mr. Biodun Oshinibosi , Members: Mrs. Bukola Thomas, Mr. Habeeb Adeleye, Mr. Tunji Adeniregun)
Membership Committee (Chairman: Mr. Jire Anifalaje , Members: Mr. Dare Oyegbola, Mr. Henry Eguabor, Mr Abiodun Oshinibosi ) Mr. Tade Adekunle will serve as Advisory Member
Training and Capacity Building (Chairman: Mr. Wole Olagundoye , Members: Mr. Ayo Elias, Mr. Kayode Idowu, Mr. Buchi Johnson) Mr. Kehinde Salami will serve as Advisory Member

Refresh Tour
One of the key focuses of the newly elected EXCOS led by Mr. Tunji Adeyinka is to bring back all pioneering members who might have stepped back for one reason or the other, while also creating opportunities for new members to join the association.
The agency visit was attended by all Excos and the agencies visited were National Flag, Brand Optimal and Integral. We are delighted to announce that the above agencies are back and are willing to support the association in every possible way.
In continuation, we will be reaching out to others in the coming days
WIE (Women In Experiential)
The maiden edition of WIE is in motion as part of the development and growth of our esteemed association in getting all our female colleagues more involved. The Project will be driven by our own Vice President and MD , Aster Integrated Marketing Tolulope Medebem, alongside Sola Antwi , Financial Secretary and Chief Operating Officer , Divergent MS. We want to request that all agencies register their female staff on the shared link or reach out to the VP for further information on how to onboard your female staff.
APCON Agency License
The Association has confirmed that agencies who paid N175,000 last year to obtain the APCON form and fulfilled all the requirements can now collect their licenses for three years (the license fee was N50,000 per year as at last year). Agencies who paid the fee but do not have a staff or management member as an APCON member still need to fulfil the requirement of individual membership. For members who have paid an additional N300,000 as APCON fees in addition to the N175,000 paid last year, the license will cover six years.
