EXMAN APPLICATION FORM

EXPERIENTIAL MARKETERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA

(1)

a) Membership of the association is open to all practitioners in the Experiential Marketing space.

b) Prospective Agencies who wish to apply must fulfill the following:

The CEO or GM must have at least 10 years Marketing Communications Experience with at least 5 of the mandatory 10 years in Experiential Marketing
Be of good character
Not have been convicted in Nigeria or elsewhere of an offense involving fraud or dishonesty
At least have a senior Staff, in the COY with either APCON or NIMN certification.
Must be referenced by two certified EXMAN Agencies

(2). Submission of Application form alongside FORM CO7, CO2, Certificate of Incorporation, and Audited account for the last 2 years is vital. ❖ Note: Proof of the certification above –mentioned will be carried out on both CEO and a senior staff member

(3). Forms received will be processed by:

a) Vetting submitted documents through appropriate regulatory authorities.

b) Physically visiting the office of the prospective member (Unscheduled/Scheduled), and

c) Ratification by the Executive Board of EXMAN and signed off by the President and the Secretary before the member will be given provisional membership status.

d) Payment of initial non-refundable N250,000. Do note that the total cost is N650,000 (N500k for registration and N150k for annual dues)

(4). Provisional Membership status will be granted if the process run is successful and approved. If your application is refused, you will receive written notification.

(5). Provisional members can only observe inaugural AGM voting but cannot vote until sworn-in.

(6). If any change occurs in the information you have provided in your application, you must notify EXMAN as soon as possible.

(7). This form may be returned if: i. It is not completed correctly or it does not have the necessary support documents ii. It is received without proof of payment

(8). The Office location of an agency applying for EXMAN membership must be able to earn respect for the profession and be easily accessible.

(9). Payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF N250, 000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only)

(11) If not registered with APCON, EXMAN will guide you on registration with APCON

I on behalf of the above mentioned agency agree to abide by the Constitution and by Laws of EXMAN. I understand that our membership in EXMAN is continuous and that we will be billed for membership dues annually. If we wish to resign from EXMAN, I understand that we must do so in writing and that we will be responsible for the payment of any dues owed prior to the date of our resignation.
