The breakfast meeting kicked off at about 9 am with opening remark from the President Mr Tunji Adeyinka who set the foundation of the working committees on  ELEVATED (Empathy, Lift, Entrenchment, Visibility, Attraction, Transformation, Enrichment and Diversity) The committee members consist of a cocktail of new EXMAN members and existing members to further promote inclusion and diversity. The committees are Advocacy and Standards Committee ( Chairman Mr. Julius Agenmonmen Members: Dr. Tunde Amanerimi, Mr. Kenny Debayo-Sanusi) .
