The management committee which is made up of all committee Chairpersons and Exco will meet quarterly or as may be requested by the President under extra ordinary situations.

Kayode Olagesin

Kayode Olagesin is currently the Managing Director at Towncriers Limited. He is a well rounded professional with strong strategic planning and conceptual skills with 25 years experience spanning broadcasting, advertising and experiential marketing.

He started his advertising career at Insight and SO&U before joining Cosse Limited as a pioneer in Nigeria’s experiential industry. Moved back to mainstream advertising at Bates Cosse where he was ED/COO until recently.

Has worked across industries from FMCG’s to Financial Services, Telecoms, Hospitality & Tourism, Oil & Gas on leading brands. Kayode brings his broad experience to bear in delivering the most effective experiential solutions to clients. A member of APCON and immediate past President of Experiential Marketers Association of Nigeria (EXMAN).

Tunji Adeyinka

Tunji Adeyinka is the Managing Director/CEO of Connect Marketing Services (CMS) and has held this position from February 2007 - till date. His wealth of experience has been gathered over the years in different areas of Marketing Management and General Management.

Before starting Connect Marketing with his partners, Tunji was General Manager in the Marketing and Strategy Department of MTN Communications, one of the biggest telecommunications companies in Emerging Markets. He joined MTN as Head of Sponsorships, Events and Affinity working as part of the team that developed the country specific sponsorship, partnership and affinity strategy.

Tunji’s experience covers over 23 years, working on the agency side and on the client’s side. With a record of work with clients like Coca-Cola, MasterCard, Samsung, Glaxo & SmithKline, MasterCard, Stanbic IBTC Bank and Sports Federations and Clubs in Nigeria and Ghana, Tunji’s understanding of the market has made him a prominent speaker at key industry events.

Tunji is a member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria, he is a member of the Marketing Commission of the Nigeria Olympic Committee and he currently chairs the Capacity Building and Training Committee at EXMAN

Tunji has a Masters in International Relations from University of Ife and an MBA from the IESE Business School, Spain. His first degree was obtained in English and History from the University of Ilorin in 1989.

Kunle Onime

Kunle is the MD/CEO of Marketing and Promotions Concept, An enthusiast by nature has been involved in the Entertainment and Marketing Communication industry with various award winning caps.

He started his working career in the entertainment industry, being the artiste manager to the then Rave of the moment, DUB MASTER RAS KIMONO, who had just released the chart bursting album, Under Pressure and several other hits. Kunle soon joing DP Lekki Ltd, the organisers of the biggest annual music festival ever held in Nigeria as the promotions and public relations manager, Kunle organised several other concerts such as Kings and Princes, Unity Concert, Green Leaf COncert, the Sun Splash tour to name a few.

In 1999, Marketing and Promotions Concepts Ltd was set up as the first indigenous Events Management and Experiential Marketing Agency in Nigeria. The agency since inception has carved a niche of putting up very successful activations for her client.

Kunle was born to Mr Peter and Grace Funmilayo Onime from Ogute Emai, in Owan East Local Government area of Edo state. Kunle is an avid Lawn Tennis player, believes in team-playing, equity and justice.

Tolu Medebem

Tolulope who is currently serving as the Chairman of EXMAN’s Publicity and Content Committee is one of Nigeria’s foremost Experiential Marketing professionals. She has the honour of being one of the pioneer females in this field, having honed her skills and expertise since inception of this new marketing concept in Nigeria.

With almost two decades of experience spanning Experiential Marketing, Events Management, and Brand Management & Marketing, she has been instrumental towards the achievement of many successful campaigns on behalf of big ticket clients. Tolulope currently owns and runs Eventplus Integrated Marketing Services, where as Partner she is responsible for ensuring the development of bespoke experiential marketing solutions for a combination of private and public sector clients. Client base includes: Airtel, Guinness Nigeria Plc, BAT, Honeywell Noodles, Samsung, African Consumer Care, SunMap (USAID) and so many more.

Her career experience spans through several top notch Experiential/ Through the Line Agencies. She also served as Consumer Development and Marketing Manager (October 2008 – October 2009) for Dansa Foods Limited, a subsidiary of Dangote Group.

Through the course of her career, she has worked on various accounts including MTN (with Marathon Events (September 2000 – March 2002) – Pioneer Experiential Marketing Company in Nigeria, changing the face of Experiential Marketing and attitude in the Nigerian “Advertising Industry” industry, following the technical input and hands on application of her affiliates – Octagon South Africa), Nigerian Breweries Plc (Gulder, Amstel Malta, Corporate Account, etc spanning over various years), Multichoice, M-Net & Supersports, Miss Commonwealth (Nigeria & International), V-Mobile and Zain (now Airtel), Proctor & Gamble (P&G), British American Tobacco (BAT), First Inland Bank, Intercontinental Bank, Dansa Foods, and many other brands.

Tolulope, who enjoys traveling, reading, and listening to music, is happily married with 3 beautiful girls.

Ayo Elias

Ayo Elias is currently the Managing Director at Tequila Nigeria.

Ayo graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, with a B.A. English Studies and an M.Sc. in International Relations. A voracious reader and movie buff, Ayo's working experience started at Visionlink Nigeria Limited, from where he joined SO&U Saatchi & Saatchi.
